Please take notice that the Jackson County Water Association shall conduct a special election to fill the vacancy on the Board of Directors of the Jackson County Water Association, District B, created by the death of Gregory Neeley.
The special election shall be held November 9, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m., at the office of the Jackson County Water
Association (located at 200 Beulah Lake Road, McKee, KY 40447).
Any interested and qualified candidate shall declare their candidacy by completing the proper form(s) at the office of the Jackson
County Water Association. The office is located at 200 Beulah Lake Road, McKee, KY 40447, and it is open Monday through Friday,
from 8:00a.m. until 4:30 p.m. The deadline to declare candidacy is November 2, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
